Our platform provides infrastructure for domain provisioning, DNS configuration, mailbox setup, integration with outreach tools, and deliverability monitoring. You are solely responsible for how you use the services, including all content sent through your campaigns. You may not use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

3. Compliance Responsibility

Brilliantopia™ Corp. provides tools, not campaigns. By using our services, you explicitly acknowledge and agree:

• You are fully responsible for the compliance of your campaigns, lists, and content.
• You must comply with laws and standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, and others).
• You must obtain valid consent for all contacts in your lists.
• You must honor all opt-out and unsubscribe requests.
• You may not use purchased, scraped, or otherwise non-compliant lists.

Brilliantopia™ Corp. is not liable for penalties, damages, or claims arising from your non-compliance.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Sending spam, phishing, or deceptive content.
• Harassment, illegal activity, or fraud.
• Interfering with system stability or security.
• Improper sharing of credentials or tokens.

5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of your content. By using the services, you grant us a limited license to process, transmit, and store it solely for providing the service. We may create operational artifacts (DNS exports, health reports) for your project.

6. Service Availability

We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages may affect uptime. Features may change at our discretion.

7. Fees and Payments

Some services (domains, mailboxes) may incur fees. You are responsible for balances with providers. Non-payment may suspend services.

8. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” with no warranty. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the past 30 days.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Brilliantopia™ Corp. harmless from claims arising from your use of the services, your campaigns, or your failure to comply with these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations. You remain responsible for outstanding obligations.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
